The content of this webinar has been developed by Eddy Klynen, from VSV, our Associated member in Belgium, and Risto Kasemae, from the Estonian Road Administration. Both experts are part of the CIECA Educational Topical group, and will be supported by Yury Ess, lecturer at the Tallinn University of Technology, and CEO of Liikluslab (Traffic Lab), that will be an overview of how blended learning has been implemented in Estonia in the last years.

FIRST SESSION: 20 January 2021, 11 am - 12 pm CET
These two webinars are an effort that follows the initiatives taken by CIECA to help CIECA members to deal with the challenges posed by the Covid-19 outbreak. The first session will be devoted to the analysis and description of measures taken in the practical test to deal with Covid-19. The second webinar will focus on discussing the challenges faced by all CIECA countries, and the lessons learned that can be taken into account for the future.
